			<description><![CDATA[ Just joined the R.C.  &quot;Little Black Dress&quot; Challenge online for more excitement and encouragement to stick with the eating plan.

It runs for 7 weeks and we see who can lose the lbs. during that time after filling in a weekly weigh-in chart.

So far since my last weigh-in I&#39;ve lost another 3lbs. (11 in total over 3 weeks)

Was doing really well, lost total of  4st since New Year but ate like crazy on holiday and we ALL put 1st. on. Finding it difficult to get any off so have
signed up for another 12 months to see if this will motivate me again as enjoyed having food &#39;buddies&#39; and the daily diary to fill out.

			<description><![CDATA[ Well after 7 days following the Harcombe diet I have lost 9lb, so I am very happy.  I can&#39;t thank Joanna enough for bringing this diet to my attention.  I
find it amazing that I have no cravings for sweet stuff, and I have the worst sweet tooth.  I&#39;m not even tempted when my granddaughter is eating chocolate.

			<description><![CDATA[ I can&#39;t believe it was the beginning of June when I last looked at this site!  Like so many others my weight loss is very slow, but I have now lost 22lb. 
Only 70lb to go <img src="http://static.yuku.com//domainskins/bypass/img/smileys/frown.gif" alt="image">. As I am partially disabled i.e every limb has
something wrong from a  DVT in my leg to arthritis and now the doc says I may have Fibro-myalgia, not of-course forgetting I now need a hernia op!!!!! Oh boy I

			<description><![CDATA[ I&#39;ve been using the WII Fit Active and board for over 2 months now, in that time I haven&#39;t changed my diet but don&#39;t really eat that many sweets
etc. I have lost 3/4 stone in that time, the hints and tips it give are quite interesting, such as we all can loose or can 2lb each day due to water retention
or dehydration etc.
