I'm thinking of investing in a Cricut, can anyone explain the difference between the old one and the Expression? (apart from the price!) In your opinions which one would I be better to go for? It would mainly be used for cards and maybe some things for my class at school.

This is my first time here, I am thinking of getting a Cuttlebug, after seeing all the lovely cards. Just one question, please can someone tell me about the daisy die which seem to be on alot of cards, is it the Sizzix Bigz die or do Cuttlebug do one of their own.

I have a sizzix red die of rectangle window card. Can anyone tell me if there is a way of stopping the window area being cut out, as I would like to try and create a solid card , and get more use out of the die?

I was brought the big shot for my birthday.Where i'm i going wrong?I wanted to do lots of embossed bits and pieces, i have texturz kit and the fiskars embossing boards and so far they come out very lightly embossed,any ideas/

Cutting with Cuttlebug

I tried my cuttlebug for the first time today and the embossing was superb but when I put the stamp die through

it cut the shape right into the B plate. Is this normal? I don't remember this being mentioned on C&C.

Craftrobo

I purchased a Craftrobo II some 7 months ago. Although it has taken some time to work out all of its capabilities, I'm still having trouble with registration marks. I have done the obvious by checking both printer and cutter are on the one page setting. Making sure the environment is not too bright and using low sheen papers, even tried to darkening the registration marks after printing. I have had one success and no more. Anyone have any further suggestion?

cuttlebug storage

Does any one have any good ways of storing their Cuttlebug embossing folders? I have looked at the Cuttlebug storeage bag, but I think its going to take up too much room, am I right in thinking that its A2 in size or have I got that wrong.

I put this on general discussion but as i had no replies think this is where i should have put it ha ha, craft robo 2 or Silhouette Quikkutz, which is the better machine and please can anyone with either of these machines tell me how they find them and if they are pleased they bought them or wished they had saved there money, i live in Australia so not sure if this will make any difference

I have been kindly given a Wizard and recently bought the plates needed from Joanna's shop. I have bought a Cuttlebug Divine Swirl Embossing folder which works a treat and you could certainly get addicted to using on things.

I have thought got a 2x2 Cuttlebug die but despite doing so many different permutations on the different boards with my husband on Sunday and a friend on Tuesday we cannot get this die to cut properly. The top and bottom edges coming in a few cms cut but...
