Magnetic Aperture Mats - question

I got one of these as a freebie at the SECC a fortnight ago and didn't know what it was or what to do with it! From reading Rita's post I can deduce that's what I've got. Can someone tell me how to use it in a Cuttlebug? Haven't seen any programmes with it yet.

Does anyone know the sandwich Robert used with Die cuts for making an aperture. I'm making aA5 card ,but even with a shim its not cutting cleanly. Thanks Rita xxx

What's the difference Impressabilities/Cuttlebug folders

Can anyone tell me is there much difference (except of course the range of patterns) between the Impressabilities and the Cuttlebug embossing folders (of which I have many).

I do like the look of the Impressabilities.

i am hoping to get a robolite but keep hearing about files on here and am wondering what they are ,for example gds files or dxf files do i need to know about them to use the robo

I've not got one of these and don't want one but I've been reading threads on it for interest .

What has come to mind is that If you have one and link your cartridge to it then the cartridge cannot be linked to an other gypsie .....So I think if I had a gypsie or was thinking of buying one in the future I'd think twice about buying second hand cartriges from other sources incase they had already been linked to a gypsie and therefor wouldn't link to my own.only...

Do the new white wizard mats fit into the purple wizard...

I have seen that the mats that goes with the Raspberry coloured wizard look different to the ones you got with the older Purple wizard, but do the newer mats fit the older wizard machine???????

I see that there is now a machine called the Die cut XL which appears to be very like the Cuttlebug...it is only £29.99....does anyone know if this is any good?....

I think QVC have this machine on tomorrow. Does anyone have one by any chance??? Wondering what advantages there are for this new one from Quickutz. My local craft shop have the Revolution on sale which includes 3 dies for less than £50 so I did think they were probably bringing out a new one. Feedback is always good from you ladies/gents! x

Going to the SECC on Thurs/Fri and I think the only thing I don't have is a die cutting machine. I don't know anything about them and have looked on the forum but really not any wiser. Everyone has their own opinion but I find it very confussing, Wizard/ Sizzex/cuttle bug, I just don't know. I want something that I can use my brass sencils in but would also like something that will cut nesties. I was at a class the other day where they used a Sissex to cut some lovely shapes. Do...

nestabilities help needed

i was tidying up and found some nestabilities i did not know i had, now my problem is i want to use the butterfly one to emboss using the cuttlebug but there are no intructions on the packaging so not sure what i need to do as on a recent demonstration it looked like the lady used a mat of some sort so help would be gratefully received

I have a cricut machine and wondered if there was a cartridge for making scalloped edge shapes, i.e ovals/circles etc.
