Mine loaded ok but only has artwork and no verses. l can't remember what its supposed to do now ...Dot

Thank you so much - mine came today after 3 weeks and tried to load this afternoon and grrr - is all I can say

But printed off instructions and tried again and - yes I have it working - thank you so much - now just got to try work out how to do the tile - I have it all on sky plus so i`m off for a little look

Hi there, tried your extra tip about microsoft word but cant find the tools option, I have microsoft word 2007 on my computer, which is different. Got an e-mail from" my craft studio" today, saying that an update will be available in 3 weeks,dont know if that is three weeks from today or from the date of purchase and validation, who knows, they also said that I will get an eror message when I try to access the verses, but just to exit the program and go back into it again and it...

I bought this recently and loaded it onto my computer, and thought that was ok, but when I went to usethe verse file there is only 1 verse "happy Birthday" and it can be altered in anyway and I keep getting an error message saying something about debugging which means nothing to me. Can anyone help me with this. Never had problems with Joanna sheen cds.
