I saw a demonstrator at the NEC using bleach on a background paper she had made, and I didn't catch whether she said you had to dilute the bleach before
using it.

She had the bleach solution in a Koi brush and used it to brush away some of the background colour, it was very effective and I want to try it, but not sure
if I should dilute the bleach or use it neat.

Would be glad of some advice from you knowledgeable ladies please

neutalises bleach, you may find you need to do this with certain paints although I don't know which! I managed OK without vinegar with H20's. Bleaching
I have put a card in my images of a card I made last year.It is one of Glenda's stamps and I used Domestos just in an old egg cup with a very small paint
brush.Hope this helps.The card was an order from a man who calls his wife Duchess.

Quite pleased with myself as this is the first image I have uploaded.

Twinplums,

I read of a technique using bleach with your stamps - you fold up a wad of kitchen roll, then dampen it with bleach. Tap the stamp onto the wad a few times and
stamp normally. I tried it a couple of years ago with a stamp I didn't like very much, with reasonable success and I still have the stamp in perfect
condition - mind you, I was very quick to clean it afterwards.

I think it takes a bit of practice. Good luck if you decide to try
