You cannot share your own work/projejects electronically with others.
Those files - .dat and .MCSp format ONLY open in My Craft Studio.
You cannot email a Card to grandma in Australia and say ' look what I made you gran '. Because you can't turn your card project into a gif or a jpeg. They can do so much and each one just adds more variety to what you already have.

The ruler is a great addition as are the sizing sheets.

I can't understand why anyone would want to use the images in any other programme
as this one does all you could possibly want.

All I can say is the My Craft Studio versions I have used, Victorian England & Tempting Templates and the Four Seasons POTD, have no problems. The program installed easily the, no registration needed, the artwork was loaded into the appropriate folders, and it didnt overwrite any of my own design sheets that I had created previously.

I will not buy this just for the ruler feature and correct layout sizing which SHOULD be a basic working feature of the first version and still isn't after the upgrade.

How many 'vintage' style images are there on the CD's, such as the couple of childlike images obviously taken from paintings ? I have a veritable library of CD's and only feel I can justify the purchase of this particular one if it contains my favourite type of image which is of times past.
