I like Dom- a bit of a cheeky chappie but a hard nut when it comes to him.
After watching his programme last year I took the bull by the hns and asked for discounts for tyresand on a new washing mchine...
I saved £210 !!. With the tyres I he\rd the sales man give a discount on 3 tyres I asked where was mine as I had 4 tyres
and had them fitted. On the washine machine I said ould they accept the internet price...

I must say I watch it - it`s on just before I get Erin from School - I liked him in the House programmes he did - not so much in the Strictly but I think he comes across as professional in this programme - yes he is cheeky but there are some good tips in the programme and when people get there discounts because he is helping via an ear piece - i like the fact there are no camera so people aren`t just doing it because of the fact it`s the BBC - he has got some good results for people with real...

There maybe pro's and con's to this show. Perhaps the smaller shopkeeper thinks of the show as free advertising, in which case he is saving hundreds of pounds. Plus the goodwill gesture on his part can only make him look good in eyes of public. Just a thought. Hilary

I have seen this program, and I must say it really annoys me. Fair enough, I agree with him helping people get their money back and taking on big business, etc., but what really annoys me is when someone wants, say, a particular bathroom and they can't afford it, so he helps them get it for what they can afford. Yes Marian saw the programme with Don and the woman who wanted a camera she ended up getting hundreds off the original price just goes to show if you dont ask you dont get!
Ooh hope your OH's toothache easing, I never go anywhere without oil of cloves (just incase) it eases the pain but be carefull can burn your mouth a little.
Now money off food bills would be good..... was in Morrisons yesterday and prices are shooting up big time.

Has anybody seen this on TV it's about a man called Dominic Littlwood,he sorts peoples problems out when they get nowhere themselves with it and he helps people get better deals
