I just love that London Eye, we did it in 2001, off the cuff, but miraculously timed it that we would be rising just as all the Lord Mayors' fireworks
were going off on barges on the Thames - a magical evening, and a wonderful last memory of London

Drink it, I had a couple of them whilst in the USA - was taken out to dinner and introduced to this cocktail, very nice. I'm normally a Margarita person, but these are so good as well.

Green with envy! I was supposed to be having a free weekend, but Liz from Making Cards magazine has been here all afternoon (we were working though), so I am going to have to catch up tomorrow. Aidan has just booked us into County Hall in London. We have been a couple of times before and just love this hotel, although with rooms at £235 a night its not somewhere we go on a regular basis We usually get a room overlooking the Thames and the London eye is so close you can almost reach out and shake people's hands
