Welcome Amanda. Avatar is the picture that goes with the post, ie this <--- is my avatar and if you double click it you will go to my profile. There you will sometimes find out a little more about each of us (not everyone puts details on), some of us have photo's up loaded etc.
Have fun and as someone said earlier it does become adictive but in a good way.

Since last post have worked out Avator - oh, get me! Just have to figure out how to add to it now!!

I am thinking of being very naughty and sitting with my lap top on me knee, wine in hand watching Pick of the Day and chatting to you guys -would that be reallllllllllllllllllllllllllly bad?!

Hi again Amanda, If you click on anyone's avatar , a lot have some information about themselves beside their picture. I put mine on when I edited my profile. That's where I always look when someone new comes on, so I can get an idea of who they are and what their interests are etc.(and I'm sorry, I've not met you, as I don't get to craft shows any more and don't recall seeing you on TV - will watch out now!).
It is also the way of looking at the cards people put...

Well here I am, just joined and have been made to feel soooooooooo very welcome already!
