Hellllloooo we been today and not long got home
seen Jenny for quick natter and also met up with Judith(Embossed123) for a natter
was a bit dissapointed,prefer Westpoint,but did go upstairs and had a chat with the lovely Wendie Rhodes,just before we went home
Did get a few bits n pieces and a lovely celtic cross stamp and MORE pretty embossed card Colin got more beads and findings
Hope you all enjoy yourselves...

Thank you for that info Fiona, the food counter would make the entrance a bit cramped, so shall we say upstairs, near the coffee shop (just incase the shop is crowded at midday?
Will have to log off soon to travel to my sister's house for the weekend, so if I don't see anymore suggestions for a meet, will have to hope for the best!!!

Rosemarie, the layout is the same as usual but there's a food counter inside the entrance so it's a bit cramped, especially as yesterday there was a barrier so they steered people with pre-booked tickets up the stairs, and those buying on the door were sent downstairs! Of course you could go everywhere once you were in - personally I would advise meeting upstairs by or in the coffee shop where there's more space.

If anyone wants to meet up at Shepton on Saturday, may I suggest the entrance area (under cover!) at midday? not sure that the layout will be the same so dare not suggest anywhere else.

Have just got back. Don't think it was very good really. Not as many cardcrafting people and even needlecraft seemed bit thinner this year. Lots of people trying to sell me other things like cheese, pruning saws and carpet sweepers! I still managed to spend some money though. Some nice papers etc on couple of stalls - as if I need more papers! No die cutting machines at all and only half a dozen cuttlebug folders on one stall. Still it was a day out and I had a little chat with pixiehouse.

We could always ask them to put out an announcement over the tanoy saying 'if any Sheenies are in the building, please could you make your way to the entrance'

What time are you and Ros leaving? Sas is picking me up at 9.30. She has to take my wheelchair as when I rang to book a scooter, they don't have them up there.

Oh Wendy, you are so cross about having to go on Friday. I hope I can put a smile on your face when I see you there. I went once before a few years ago and it was mostly knitting and needlecraft, hope there will be more card craft this year. Really looking forward to it. Hope you all have a great time.
