        <![CDATA[ Firstly, can I say that all these recipes on here sound yummy and are now written down in my note book for future reference.  Thankyou.


Now,  can any of you ladies give me a good coleslaw recipe.  I know it sounds stupid because all it is is carrots cabbage and onions but its the dressing I
have a problem with.  I have used mayo and salad cream in the past but its much too heavy and greasy for me.


I tried some at a school function not so long ago and the veg was sliced extremely finely... ]]>

			<description><![CDATA[ My sister makes her coleslaw dressing with half low fat natural yogurt and half low fat mayo. It is quite a light dressing. She shreds her cabbage finely by
hand, grates the carrot on the largest side of the grater and then chops into it and adds very finely chopped red onion. I think she uses more cabbage than
carrot and about half a red onion. If she has parsley or spring onion to hand she will chop it finely and scatter one of them over the top.

			<description><![CDATA[ Hi, i find the salad cream too heavy also, so i make my own by using sour cream and a dash of balsamic vinegar, i also add sultana&#39;s  to my coleslaw, gives
it a nice extra taste
