I wonder if in some ways we are in danger of blaming C&C for delivery problems when the issue should be with the couriers - things coming Royal Mail arrive quickly, things via the courier don't. I'm pretty sure the delays onmy things were courier problems especially as it was delivered on a Sunday - and left in a bin as I wasn't in - good job the bin wasn't due for emptying and I wasn't away otherwise the package would have gone walkies to the dump. I very rarely order from c&c but when I have I've never had a problem with them on delivery. I can understand though how frustrating it must be when they have your money and you don't get what you paid for

I've given up on ordering from C & C as I ordered the double cd offer on the 4 day deal while there was still stock available, the order went through and I received my order confirmation.... THEN 6 days later they emailed me to say there was a technical difficulty during my order so the order hasn't gone through. Of course, now the cd's are unavailable so I'm unable to get them.... talk about being angry. I think it's totally unacceptable but there's absolutely...

Hope you don't mind me jumping in here . I am waiting nearly 3 weeks on an order from C&C and NEVER NEVER NEVER again will I order from them . My money came out the morning after the order and I am still waiting and I am not phoning to go through to India and spend a fortune on the phone... Arrrrrrrrrrggggghhhhhhhhhhhh....

I only order now when it's free P+P. As luck would have it I ordered some templates on craft day and they arrived last week. I was impressed with their delivery for once.

i have just written a letter to Andrew Fryatt enclosing emails that i had sent because i only got a part order when i ordered in february and i am still waiting i have asked for a refund and thats not happened either their customer services need to be sent to joanna to see how its done, not that i ever have a problem when i order from joanna i put in the order and it arrives in a couple of days at the most

i gave up on C & C a long time ago since most of the people they have on their have their own sites anyway. I'd rather order direct from them that via C & C

I had a similar problem to Jan - my kit arrived on SUNDAY via Parcelnet - dispatched 17th arrived with me on 27th. I know that courier company use local people to do the final delivery - so suspect that the delay is with Parcelnet not C&C - the triple CDs ordered after the kit arrived very quickly via Royal Mail. I have complained (via email) to both C&C and Parcelnet about the service from Parcelnet. I'm not holding my breath waiting for a reply.

I wonder if any of the bosses at C+C ever get wind of the problems that we are all having with their channel. It could be so much better. I had a problem yesterday, to cut a long story short I asked them to cancel a duplicate order, (which they created ) they said they would try their best, I notice today its been dispatched along with the other item. Very poor, I know the channel is relatively young compared to QVC, but I do think they should listen to all the problems that everyone is...

Not just C and C, I placed an order with a 'die cutting' company on 21st March, money taken on the 22nd March, its now the 30th April and still no sign of my order or a refund.

They wont even answer my emails which is really beginning to wind me up.

I feel a letter coming on.

I foolishly ordered something from C&C and its showing as being shipped on the 17th April.
Here we are on the 30th and still no sign.

Goodies I ordered yesterday from that little place in Devon arrived today!
