At least with home made you are guaranteed freshness and quality ingredients, and it could not be easier to make. You can safely adjust the quantity of oil if

			<description><![CDATA[ Your the only one who could get away with a remark like that Joanna - anyone else would be out on the naughty step. I do agree that it is very easy to make - I
use one of those stick blenders but again only do so for bigger gatherings as it doesn&#39;t keep like the stuff in a jar. Using olive oil is better than other
oils from a healthy point of view.

			<description><![CDATA[ I make my own mayo too, but only for very special occasions - it is yummy. I think I use the Delia Smith garlicky one too. Agree the amount iof oil in it is
shocking, but ok now and again! When I buy shop bought mayo I prefer supermarkets light mayo to the brands like helmans. I think it tastes nicer and mixes in
easier for coleslaw etc. ]]></description>

			<description><![CDATA[ I saw it made when I was at catering college. I decided then and there, that although it tasted wonderful it took too long to make and it can easily go very
wrong. If you use a blender of some sort it takes the arm ache out of it, but don&#39;t be tempted to rush it - adding the oil too fast is the main reason it
fails to work.
