        <![CDATA[ sorry to moan, but I need to let of steam.  On the 22/4 I ordered broadband from Pipex.  Router arrived in 5 days, however they did not activate the account
until the 30th.  After numerous phonecalls to a premium rate number where I was told on ringing customer services to ring technical support to be told to ring
customer services, I resulted to emailing them from my work email, yep you guessed it whilst I can access my pipex account and see that they have invoiced me
on the 30th, first... ]]>

			<description><![CDATA[ Hi Penny, When I first went over to Pipex for my home phone I had a lot of problems with them, that took a lot of sorting out, but then I took broadband with
them last year and up to now it&#39;s been hassle free!! I also think it might be one of the cheapest packages around at the moment. Hope it all gets sorted
for you.

			<description><![CDATA[ Isn&#39;t it frustrating.  I had a similar experience some years ago with Telewest who were just awful.  We recently got free broadband with our Sky TV - we
are paying the same for both that we were just paying previously for the TV.  It all went to plan to with no hassle (amazingly!).  Do the post office not do
broadband now?  I&#39;ve got my phone with them and they are sooooo good.  Customer service is excellent.  Ask around and get a recommendation.  Best isn&#39;t
always cheapest as... ]]></description>
