We stopped just 15mins short of Paris and there we stayed for the next 2hrs 30 mins! (Longer than the whole journey should have taken!) The reason was a lineside fire close to Gare du Nord! Unlike one train ahead of us (which was being affected by the smoke) we didnt have to evacuate the train!
