        <![CDATA[ Ok - just inventing a new veggie soup - looking in the fridge I have so many oddments - one courgette - one pepper a leek, some sticks of celery and a parsnip
and a potato etc - nothing matches and all too small to use as a veg for our main meal - so I am making up a batch of soup - added a few herbs and bits and
stock and we&#39;ll see how it comes out ... I usually limit the number of veg but we have got a real hotch potch here so we&#39;ll see how it ends up

			<description><![CDATA[ I use up all the odd veggies from the fridge along with any meat that needs using up (usually chicken) along with white long grain rice to make a sort of
risotto/savoury rice. If it includes chicken then I boil up the chicken carcass for stock first. ]]></description>

our way around . The electric went off, and we were hungry. We then had a proper fire, so Dad opened a tin of beans,

We call it 1001 soup here. Sometimes I make 1001 pie too!

I throw everything in - the left-over tinned tomatoes, baked beans, etc etc. then a dash of this and that - tomato sauce,brown sauce, worcester sauce, pepper
sauce, lemon juice, mustard, spices and various peppers etc even a tsp sugar! (as the mood takes me)

			<description><![CDATA[ oo xsitting here having a bowlful now - the secret ingredient is stunning - I added half a lemon (just choped in half skin and all (I buy unwaxed ones) and
thsat liquidises brilliantly too and it has a stunning lemon flavour - just stireed a teaspoonful of greek yoghurt into the bowl and ohh must say I am mopst
impressed - just dont ask for the recipe lol .... veggies and veggie stock plus a half lemon and herbs and boil till all soft then liquidise with a stick
