			<description><![CDATA[ Be careful how many you have. Due to the amount of fruit needed to make a smoothie they are very high in natural sugars. Also don&#39;t overdo it with grapes,
they have the highest levels of sugar of most fruits.

Saying that, they are still lovely!
<br>
When i&#39;m back at work monday i&#39;ll get some of the recipe&#39;s from one of the major Smoothie companies we supply fruit to. I&#39;ll post in recipes,
monday evening.

			<description><![CDATA[ Lrg Banana; 200gr fresh strawberries; 125ml low fat strawberry yoghurt; 1 scoop low fat vanilla ice-cream; 150ml skimmed milk; 3 - 6 ice cubes

Place all ingredients into smoothie maker (ice cubes in last) If abit too thick add a drop more skimmed milk
