        <![CDATA[ Get a large square of foil, and grease the centre.

Place the chop in the centre and season to taste.

On top of the chop pile up with Sliced Onions, Sliced Mushroms, Peppers, Sliced Tomato &amp; Sliced Courgette.

Sprinkle an OXO cube and some mixed herbs over and top with a knob of butter.


Pull up the corners of the foil to make a parcel, making sure there is no leakage areas.

Cook in the middle of a med/hot oven for approx 35 mins.

journey. The stories behind the recipes make it that much more heart-felt. With this book I laughed, cried and reminisced about my own childhood. When I
reached the last page of the final chapter, I was not ready for the journey to end.
