I never thought I would stop, but it is now 4 years since I had a heart attack, needed heart surgery. Never had a tab since. Come on Tina you can do it. A tab never tastes as good outside, especially in the rain, you can do it. I'll be rooting for you.

It must be hell on earth working in a warehouse full of crafty stuff, who would want a job like that

I managed to quit for 6 months and used lozengers, I found it very hard going and had very little support, praise or recognition from the smoking clinic. After 6 months and returning from another nightmare holiday in France, I started again, I was so physically and mentally ill, that my doctor agreed with my decision to start again to prevent me from really hitting rock bottom
Now I smoke at the back door and only have half the amount I used to, although technically I can fine myself...

Keep up the good work Tina ... it is worth it in the end believe me, it is now nearly 16 years since I gave up. It is never easy, but you will feel heaps better for not smoking at all. Apparently it is ONLY 6 months after quitting that your lungs will be back to normal.

A good incentive that was a part of me giving up was the fact that I had never realised that there was cyanide and arsenic in them, along with another about 70 ingredients ... so if that is the case, where is the...

Not saying to myself that I am going to give up smoking,
but just going to go with the flow and take each day as it comes, if I smoke I smoke if I dont I dont but........................
today, due to now being unable to smoke at the warehouse and a combination of the torrential rain today, I smoked about 8 ciggies less during the day than I would normally, and not really sure why the knock on effect, but not had so many this evening either so far !!!!!!!!!
so a wee bit pleased...
