        <![CDATA[ This is a nice way to do a dessert when entertaining without letting on it slimming 

Packet of sugar free jelly made up to quater pint with boiling water allow to go really COOL almost cold.

tub of either fat free fromage frais or fruit flavoured muller light youghurt to match jelly flavour

3 egg whites whisked stiffly. 

Place fromage frais or yoghurt in a large bowl, whisk in the jelly then fold in the egg whites carefully.
