I was wondering if I could ask your oppinion on how much work you do / have done on a house to sell it?
We usually make sure it's tidy and clean and sell it warts and all, don't bother decorating throughout or anything, but do declutter our stuff and spruce up furnishings. But we are wondering whether it would sell the house quicker if we did more? I'd appreciate your views. The decor is worn, but we realise that people want to redecorate anyway, so weren't going to worry about it, especially with the extra cost that it would entail as we'd have to get someone else to do it, what with OH working away during the week.
