its my neice s 18 birthday and she wants all diffrent cup cake on a stand any ideas what to put on the top of the cup cakes i have to make about 130 of them

If you make butter icing it acts as a glue for lots of things. You could stick chocolate buttons in to look like butterflies, or smarties or m&ms for a
colourful look. An inch of flake is nice too.
For a more grown up cake strawberries or blueberries would looks good. Don't know if you get fruit pastilles anymore but something like that in water icing or sprinkles or even edible silver balls might give a 50s look. You can get icing in tubes and put her initials on top of them all - bit of work there though

another good way for the cup cakes is to put on the butter icing and let them do the rest, just put bowls of different things around and let them have fun,
even 18 year old like to make a mess in the kitchen ha ha and it lets them get creative and have a laugh,

My husband bought this as a gift for me since I LOVE CUPCAKES! I have never baked anything that didn't come from a box, so I was excited to try it. We have
tried a few of the recipes and the only suggestion I have is to use cake flour instead of the flours they recommend. When we followed the recipes exactly, the
cupcakes didn't seem to be as fluffy as boxed cakes. However, once someone told me to try the cake flour, it made a huge difference. I recommend this book because of the varieties and its is cute too
