I wanted to share this with you all.
Now I lay me down to sleep
The king size bed is soft and deep.
I sleep right in the center groove
my human being canhardly move!
I've trapped her legs, she's tucked in tight
and here is where I pass the night
no one distrubs me or dares intrude
till morning comes and "I wnat food"
I sneak up slowly to begin
my nibbles on my human chin.
She wakes up quickly
I have sharp teech
I'm a puppy, don't you see
for the morning's here
and its time to play
I always seem to get my way
so thank you lord for giving me
this human person that I see
the one who hugs and holds me tight
and shares her bed with me at night

C.J. scratches at the door first thing so that she can jump up on the bed and snuggle down with us ... it's lovely.

I have to kick Gemma off mine to get in at night. Then she manages to burrow her way under the duvet in the wee small hours and makes herself comfy - cheeky
mutt!!

We bought a King sized bed to give us some extra 'cat' room - the only difference is that the cat spreads himself out more and OH and I are still left
clinging to a scrap of duvet on the edge of the bed. We usually end up pretzel shaped in the morning after dear cat has twined himself around us in the night.

Aww thats lovely! Our dog thinks shes the Lord and Master in our bed and takes up the most space!!!! The most spoiled little doggie you ever met |

Um yes!! I have 2 very spoilt whippets who would agree with that poem . Only problem is, I have a single bed and get 6" on the edge while 2 furry bodies
take the rest!
We now have a relay system and i only let in one dog at a time, as my back was getting so bad trying to balance or arrange my legs around the other 8 in the bed!! They know when it is change -over time too!! About 3 hourly there is a general upheaval as they sort themselves out and I get put in my place!! Thanks for sharing the verse and cathy, I love your little girl! What breed is she? Janet |

The 3 hourly upheaval done it 
My dog is called Molly and she is a Jack Russell Terrier. Not a pure bred or anything. The lady who had her asked me if I would take her as the person interested at the time had a history of not treating dogs right. Not ill treated or anything but just didnt look after them. SO of course the softie that I am, I just had to take her. About two months ago my sister rang me to say there were two stray kittens huddleing under a bush in her gardening in the snow and of course who came to the rescue only me!!!! My hubby says I'll have an animal sanctuary soon

Love it, and can relate to it too. I have two cavalier king charles, very spoilt. One of them gets on the bed of a night, rolls on his back and barks until he
has his tummy rubbed, and rubbbed, and rubbed. Both of ours are rescue dogs and deserve all the love we can give them. Love Nannywendy xxx

tilly only kips on the bed when we not around, she's a big girl but manages to sneak onto our high bed but onlyif we are'nt there, i'm asthmatic so
it's not really good for me if she does but if it's early enough in the day i just change the bed n scowl at her n end up rubbing her tummy.
you can tell she's been on the bed cos the 'dent' is huge! chell x |

thats great!! Love it, having 2 german shepherds who think the bed is really theirs and that I am lucky to have a small corner to sleep on I can relate to it
