Why not get a non-slip safety ruler? It's all steel with full length easy grip handle and rubber bottom.
It was about £14.00 but well worth it. Hazel

How about No Nails or Locktite--(others are available)
Not sure if either work with metal as I dont have any at the moment! I know how you feel katrina why buy new if the old can be fixed!! Margaret X |

How about super glue? Or the instant glue used for false nails?

funny (not as in ha ha) you should mention that katrina, at craft class last Friday, we got talking about rulers and one lady has a clear one with a metal edge
and said hers had come off once or twice and she'd just stuck it back on, but unfortunately right now i can't remember what she said she used. I'll
ask her on Friday (if she's there) and let you know. I know she did say it stayed on quite a while before it came off again.

I've got a great one from Staples, no where near £14. Anyway, you want a straight edge, blobbing glue's not gonna be very
accurate I wouldn't think!! x

Power bond is very good for sticking things to metal.
