Have had another fab day in Disneyland with a few surprises. The weather was glorious again, really hot and we are all getting red!
We started the day in the Disney studios and started off with the backstage tour ... well that was the plan, but we sat on the tram bus and it broke down, whats more the hydrolics stopped working and they couldn't open the doors to let us out. After about 20 mins they decided to lift the side of the trams manually (six people to each car) and let us out. We were told to wait and get on the next bus but then the main attraction, Catastrophe canyon broke down, so we were sent away to come back lsater with a straight on pass. We did go back and set off. Got to catastrophe canyon and got a bit wet! It dumps mega gallons of water (recycled) at the bus but it is supposed to go down the side and the persons in the left hand seats get a little splashed. What happened was all this water came cascading down and gallons of it dumped in my lap! I was soaked right through as was the guy in front! Good job it was hot and sunny!
WE went to the Tower of terror, now in USA it goes down, stops the drops again, not this one, it was like it was on a bungy rope, ood Lord, it was scary! Aidan bought the photo taken of us as I was clinging onto him for dear life!
We did a few other attractions then went into Disneyland park where we stayed until 9 pm. After a few drinks (hic) I am now off to bed to start it all again tomorrow.
