Does anyone know the cost of phone calls to America? I bought the Cricut Design Studio and I want to reactivate the software for me to use on my laptop. I
have tried e-mailing them. Not received a reply in over three weeks, so tried to phone on Friday. I hung on the line for 25minutes just listening to their
music. Now I am worried what my phone call will cost me?

I get mine free at weekends with my tiscali package - I know thats no help, but if you ring your phone provider I'm sure they'd tell you.
Do you have any friends in the uSA who could chase it up for you? Janet |

The design studio can only be installed once. If you want it on your laptop you have to purchase another copy.
My pc is playing up at the mo so l haven't installed mine just in case. l read this on the provocraft site....Dot l have two computers at home and would like to use CDS on both of them. Do I have to purchase two copies of CDS? When I tried to install the software on my laptop, the registration said the serial number was already in use. Help! Get this!! I got a new laptop, so I removed/deleted my DesignStudio from my old computer. But when I tried to install it on my new CD I get that same message "The six-Partkey is registered on a different computer." No it is not!!! I deleted it! So now I have a CD that can't be installed at all. |

Hi - just googled this for you and found some prices.
Depends what option you are on but Option 1 is 17.5p (inc VAT) per minute between 6am and 6pm Monday to Friday. 11.5p after 6pm (same days) If you go to BT.com which isn't very user friendly and type USA in the search, you will get loads of different headings up - you'll need to hunt through to find whatever plan you are on. Thank you all for your helpful replies. I love my cricut but I think their service is awful. I have been waiting for a reply to my e-mail since April
6th. Makes you wonder whether you should buy any of their products.
