With the weather being so glorious, I like to try and be a bit healthier!
So today I think I am going to have half a gala melon, half a punnet of strawberry's, crushed merangue, drizzled in extra thick fresh cream Yummy, yum! |

I've just had a roll with some sausages, ooh that sounds rude maybe I should rephrase it

I'm having a chicken sandwich and some fruit (and maybe a cake, too!), and for tea tonight we are having fishcakes and salad.

Erm Paul would that be low fat cream
I was just thinking of having a salmon salad and some fresh orange juice, sitting out on the patio for the first time this year, watching the birds

Paul! you call that healthy? - think you should forget the meringue and cream !!!!!! Mind you there isn't much of you - so suppose you can be naughty and
healthy at the same time.
Mags I shall be having a tuna and watercress sandwich! (by the way the "growing" watercress in a pot from the shop with orange bags is excellent -mine is still going strong since I bought it over a week ago) |

Haven't decided yet, think it will be salad. Making a chicken pie for tea, will have to get it prepared as I am going out at 4.00pm, friend is taking me to
dance shop to get Isabel some new tap shoes.

Going to light the BBQ and have a steak and salad. Might even throw on a sardine or two. Then sit out in the garden and contemplate what gardening needs doing.

Due to the fact that we were at my sister's house and need to feed her up we had fish and chips.
 I didn't really feel like them but had to force feed myself so that she
would eat. Fortunately she ate most of hers so I was able to leave quite a bit of mine by saying I didn't feel 100%. She was quite happy to accept that
explanation. We also were able to make a quick getaway because
she was in a good mood because of the sunshine. Hazel
