Grrrrr... C&C .... still no package... no answer to email or fax either (I did get a standard reply to my email saying they would get back to me in 7
days!
Refuse to telephone as they keep you holding for ages. Jan

Jan Just sent them a 'steaming' email. I intend to take this matter further if I don't get satisfaction today.

I.m annoyed as I am still waiting on a package of stamps to be delivered by Royal Mail which were sent 1st Class 13 days ago. i really think they are lost
somewhere.

Today I would very much like to thump the French company that sponser my project. We were told back at the end of Feb that our contract was going to be renewed for a further six months. Well we found out yesterday, the day after the first contract ran out, that there is a possibility of it not being renewed and we wont find out until the middle of next week at the earliest. So have we been told not to come into work, no instead we weve been given more work to do! |

well I'm getting angier by the minute. Am
waiting for some goodies from Wilkinsons. First time I've ordered anything from them I paid £6 extra to have it delivered by 10.00am today.( 2hour delivery
slot!!) It took me from 10.30am to 11.10 am (on hold) to actually get someone to answer the phone, and I've been stuck here waiting eversince to either
have the stuff delivered, or for CS to get back to me.
What I'm REALLY angry about, is I was supposed to pick up my little granddaughter Kaitlin at 10.30, and bless her she's still waiting for me. My daughter has to go out at 1.00pm, so I won't see her at all today. So angry has definitely turned into !@%!@ FURIOUS! !!

Just got this in response to my steaming email today "We will
endeavour to respond to you within the next 7 working days" AAAAAAAAAAHhhhhhhhhhh!
They also suggest I telephone - what do they think I have been trying to do most of the morning!!

Just got another email - they have given me dates at the end of May for delivery - it was supposedly despatched on 17th April!!
I give up......... My only shop in the future will be Sheenie Towers and if Joanna doesn't stock what I want - tough! Jan

I'd like to punch the workmen on the only road out of the part of town we live, for holding up traffic! It took me 45 mins to do a 5 miute drive to go and
get my daughter from nursery!
Needless to say I was late - very late. Thank goodness for mobile phones, I was able to arrange for someone else to pick her up for me. And I have to use the same road to go to work later, I do hope it's clear by then. Sally |

I am FED UP, FED UP, FED UP!
We were going to nip across to France tomorrow for the day and I have just lost a front crown whilst eating dinner - now I shall have to see if I can get an emergency dentist appointment tomorrow instead! 
Add to that the fact that I spent the afternoon putting a new line on the rotary washing line and it was too short, and I bought the longest length I could find! Mags |
