 i am tearing my hair out at the roots ... everytime i try
to print out anything black it comes out BLUE... i have uninstalled and reinstalled my printer (hp 2170 series all-in-one) but to no avail ...... i have not
had this problem before ... i put new ink cartridges in about 6 days ago and this has happened since then ... do you think it could be bad ones? .... i
can't afford to try new ones until next week so will have to not print out anything until then if no one can help

Would it be possible to take out the black cartrigde and check that its actually black ink in it?

hiya splat .... never gave that a thought .... just checked and yes it is black ink .... thanks for that

sounds like a blocked inkjet nozzle
Run a nozzle check and then the cleaning routine - keep repeating untill your nozzle check is 100% perfect |
