In one of the Sheenie Angel swaps I received a paper which I really liked but unfortunately I can't remember who sent it now! It was white with small
white circles cut out and quite thick, as shown in the card below. I've tried looking in local shops but can't see anything like this. If anybody
knows where I can get it would you mind letting me know please?

It looks like the paper Judy Cardinal often used behind her decoupage on C&C
She mentions the name of it on the show but I can't remember what it is (sorry) Brenda |
