Place the chop in the centre and season to taste.
On top of the chop pile up with Sliced Onions, Sliced Mushroms, Peppers, Sliced Tomato & Sliced Courgette.
Sprinkle an OXO cube and some mixed herbs over and top with a knob of butter.
Pull up the corners of the foil to make a parcel, making sure there is no leakage areas.
Cook in the middle of a med/hot oven for approx 35 mins.
When cooked, open foil carefully and transfer chop and veg to serving plate. Pour over Juice.
Serve with mashed potato.
This is a really good dish to prepare in advance before cooking.
