this dish can be eaten hot but it is better cold and made the day before so the flavours can get into the chicken
a good kilo of chicken breasts
slice thinly and fry gently in butter until cooked, do not over cook or they will be dry, it only tales a few minutes for them to cook, then leave on one side to go cold.
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/2 cup plain yogurt or pouring cream
1/2 cup mango chutney ( try to find mango as it is not the same with any other chutney, try a deli if not at supermarket)
1 tea spoon of curry powder
salt and pepper
mix all together and pour over the cold chicken making sure it is all coated in the sauce, leave over night in fridge and serve the next day with a fresh garden salad and crusty bread beautiful !!!!!!
this is a really easy dish and the fact that u can make it the day before is great for entertaining and so tasty your friends will want the recipe
