I just don't believe it after all the trouble I've had with C+C customer services after they charged me for free p+p the packs of the squidgy cards
have arrived and there's only 10 cards instead of 12 I'm dreading trying to explain this one to them any idea's girls

I've sent you the item no Jean so you can see them c+c call them shake cards they have squidgy bubbles with glitter in them that you put in the apperture
to make them look like snow globes

Ive just rang c+c on the switch board phone number and the lady on the other end was really helpful took all the details and was passing it on to customer
relations but explained it might be tomorrow before they get back to me as their lines are jam packed That'll be all the complaints about the indian call
centre

found this on another site if it's any help cs@idealshoppingdirect.co.uk. If the lower case first 2
letters don't work try upper case. Imagine this goes direct to customer services. Or, think this has been on already 01733887100 for phone calls. Eileenxx

Hi All
Is any one else having trouble with the C & C web site since they changed it, I do not get the list of products on the right hand side any more & worst of all I am not able to purchase on line now. It is very frustrating I have had to phone them twice to try and get my discount back they say it will be credited to my bank account but nothing has come through yet. Am I the only one having problems? Would love to hear from any one else. Sue Massey

I got the pick of the day which was free p+p and these cards which should have been £3.90 p+p but they charged me £6.95so therefore they charged me for POD
