hi i am new to this site just found your slimming link, i have been at WW for a fue month now and have lost 1 ST need to lost a lot more like 9 st for my
health. have got feed up and missed this week . i am on the core plan my tutro said i need to eat more as i am not eating all as would be points . i have
26points to eat in a day she said i am only eating about 1/2 of that, has enbody els got this problum. will pop in soon to see if i have a reply.

Josie, I am the same some weeks but if you plan then you can manage to eat the correct amount. Just do it sensibly and although the weight may be slow to come
off it will move. Best of luck.

Hi Josie
I used to go to ww and i was on 26 points a day but i was not eating all my points i bet i was only eating less than half of them always had aload left after my tea i was eating nothing much in the day then got lots left at night and my weight loss was nil i was not eating to work my body andthats why i have not been losing weight like i should I dont go to ww now Good luck |
