Don't know but I found the time of the BBC website. It took a while but I found it by going for astronomy and then Patrick Moore's frequently asked
questions.

It looked just like an airoplane but was going too fast for a plane at that height. Also, did not have green flashing light. Just wish I had a chance to get a
ride in it.
