Just got back from our holiday on Friday night, and in the early hours of Sunday morning our dog, Jools, had a stroke, John my OH took him to the vet, the vet
said he did not think he would recover from it and suggested that it would be kinder to put him to sleep, as he could not walk and did not know where he was.
I think deep down John made the right decission, it was hard but right. Jools (Julius Caesar) was 14 years old, a Hungarian Puli and one of the best natured
dogs you could ever meet, although he never seemed to grow old he always acted like a puppy. Sunday was a sad day all round as it was 3 years since we lost my
Dad and I still miss him loads.
