Can anyone tell me if your account should show all orders, regardless of how you ordered, whether it be the Internet of phone?
Because the second order I've made isn't showing either.

Hi everyone, can any one help with with this question. This morning I ordered a Chris Warner cd from the c+c site. I received a conformation email from them to
say that I had ordered it and it gave me an order number. I then checked my account and the order wasn't there, so I left it a little while and looked
again to find it still hadn't been added to my account. I only checked to see because a on the forum a little while back I remember that some other
sheenies were having the same problem. I called c+c, and after a lengthy wait, I was told by the chap on the other end that my order didn't exsit, even
though they had allocated me an order number. He told me that my bank account would not be debited, so I have ordered it again while I was on the phone.
Can anyone tell me if your account should show all orders, regardless of how you ordered, whether it be the Internet of phone? Because the second order I've made isn't showing either. Thanks alot Kim xx |

Hi Kim
If you scroll right down to the bottom of the list of your orders there is a section for pending orders. I've been caught out like you before when I couldnt see an order straight away. Hope this helps. Julie x |

I have found that any orders not showing have not been properly placed, even though you get a confirmation e-mail. I have only placed orders over the internet though. Sarah xxx |

Thanks Julie, I went to the bottom of the list of orders and just as you said both the orders were there. I have been on the phone to them, as usual they
can't guarantee that they can cancel them. Why ever not, I just do not understand, the item hasn't been despatched. They have told me to check my
account in a few days, if it hasn't been cancelled then to phone them again,and if all else fails, if I get two then I will have to send one back to get a
refund. What a palarva! I sometimes think their computer system should be on the antique road show its so behind the times.

Thats ok Kim you are very welcome. I dont think they will cancel it though - Ive had a couple of times when orders have been duplicated for one reason or
another and they said they would "try" to cancel it. Both times both the orders turned up and had to be sent back - and then you have to wait for
the refund on your card too! Dont get me wrong - I love create and craft and have just renewed my membership with them but sometimes they can be a bit
frustrating. They need lessons in Customer Service from Sheenie Towers.

Couldn't agree more. I don't think they realise how many sales they must be losing. I also like the c+c channel, the whole concept of a channel
designated to craft is great, they just need to realise that if they polished up their act I'm sure they would be even more successful. But ha ho thats
not for us to worry about especially as we have the service of good old Sheenie Towers.
