Posts: 9347 (08/05/2008 16:20:04) Reply Quote More My Recent Posts Message Me Connection Blocking Invite Ignore User's Posts Report Post	Tags : None I have a HP photosmart printer and this afternoon the photo quality of printing wasn`t great so I changed an ink cartridge to try and see if that helped - well didn`t and have tried Self diagnostic test - alignment , ink levels and sample page and the black prints well on the headings but faint on all the info But when I try and print a plain word document the page is blank - I have also tried to different black inks encase it`s not reading that Pulling my hair out so any advise will be grateful I have tried to contact HP but it says service not available Suzanne

Otherwise if a print head needs replacing you might aswell chuck the printer and buy a new one sadly
