Have yu got one of the goodsphere's? They help purify the air and so help hay fever. I suffer from it too, I know its nasty, I keep sneezing, my eyeballs
are so itchy and my chest gets tight, but I do find the Goodsphere helps

My hay fever has not been this bad for about 15 years and others i have talked to either say its the same as usual or like me its really bad this year,
guess its the different kinds of pollen we are allergic too.
hope you stop sneezing soon. |

Yes they are good, JML do them called fresh air globe. I wouldnt be without mine, as my hayfever is so bad I have to have prescription strenght drugs, as the
over the counter ones dont work for me.
I got my globe from Boots, as they are a JML stockist by you can also buy them on line. |

have your tried tesco's own hayfever tables, they are under £2 for 12 tablets which is a bargain compared to some, iv been taking them and they seem to be
working just as good if not better then the expensive ones.
A goodsphere/n-virosphere will help too Nicxx |

I know just how you feel, I'm not so much with the sneezing YET but my eyes are itching really badly never had them this bad normally it's the itchy
like feeling in the throat that gets me down. But as glitter and sparkle said at least we can do plenty of crafty while we stay in doors.

Well so far this year I have been okay, usually suffer really badly with it, but started taking homopathic stuff before the season started and am also drinking
loads of elderflower which is another natural remedy for hayfever so fingers crossed and touch wood!

My poor son is doing his GCSE's & streaming with hayfever despite new tablets from the doctor. I had the same problem at his age & sneezed my way
through A & O levels. Reckon it's time they rearranged major exams so that kids who suffer don't have this disadvantage.
Luckily for me I've more or less grown out of it now. Helen S x |

Must admit to going through gallons of elderflower, you can buy bottles of the diluting stuff from health food shops but Tescos do a lovely bottle with
sparkling water - just lovely. Stick it in the fridge and when you are feeling completely bunged up its a lovely refreshing drink as well so two in one really

My friend has a gadget that is very similar to the Allergy Reliever that Paul describes. She bought it about three years ago because she used to suffer very
severe hay fever every year and summer was always such a miserable time. She paid about £89 for it, but it does look very similar to the £14 one that Lloyds
sell. It needs to be used for about 4 minutes a couple of times a day and seems to build up immunity to the various pollens. My friend is able to have a fairly
trouble free summer if she uses this machine regularly. I understand the NHS also use similar machines to treat some folk with very severe allergies. HTH

I sympathise ... can't have lactose which is in all of the tablets so end up taking liquid which is for kiddy winks and pretty useless for big peeps
really.
It's the rapeseed flowers that do it for me ... serves me right for living next to a big field of the stuff! |
