I can't open any backing papers off Joanna's Cds - the front page comes up, I go to sedign library,, pick which one I want, then the computer comes up with this: "The application failed to initialize properly (Oxc0000006)" Along the blue header bit (I am very computer knowledgeable!!??!!) it says - AcroRD32.exe - Application Error. Spoke to OH and he suggested switching off and starting again, and then a restor thingy!!! but it is still the same. HELP!!! Doreen

Thats an acrobat reader error. I would normally suggest reinstalling Adobe Acrobat Reader with an upto date version. What version of Windows are you using? XP, Vista etc? If you want me to help, please PM me and I will do my best to help out. Andy

Thanks for the offer, I hoped you would see this, as I know that Richard is away!!! Doreen x
