Packet of sugar free jelly made up to quater pint with boiling water allow to go really COOL almost cold.
tub of either fat free fromage frais or fruit flavoured muller light youghurt to match jelly flavour
3 egg whites whisked stiffly.
Place fromage frais or yoghurt in a large bowl, whisk in the jelly then fold in the egg whites carefully.
Place into pretty dishes and put to set in fridge.I usually then decorate the tops with fresh berry fruits and a mint leaf.
Have used this for years and no one ever suspects its a low fat low no sugar dessert.
I think this is ok for diabetics but you need to check first.
