hi fellow crafers
Did any of you get the C&C pick of the day about 3 weeks ago which was floral decoupage (die cut) with 40 cards and envelopes. If you did what do you think of it? I only bought it because there was free p&p. Some of the cards had laser lace cut outs and there were pre glittered inserts which matched the cut out shapes. The flowers are water colour type images but as they have a white border I am cutting them closer. With some peel offs etc they will make nice cards.I thought it would be a quick way to make 40 cards for my mum's bring and buy in aid of the air ambulance. She lives in a sheltered housing compex and they often have fund raising events. I do a card making session for them about twice a year where I make up some kits with most of the work done and then the ladies assemble them. The youngest is 78 and the oldest 98 so you can imagine what it's like!
I have just had a text from my lovely hubby who is away until next wed. It said look in his cupboard and hooray there is a box of thorntons choccies (I am a chocoholic as well as a mad card maker) Now which one shall I eat first?
