Photos are gorgeous Sue! Where is the cottage? Not far from Pennyghael obviously
Roll on next May! ETA I've just noticed I'm logged in under my 'other' name (I re-registered when another board switched to Yuku and I couldn't sort out how to post after the transfer). It's still Me though!

So glad you enjoyed your holiday on Mull. My dad went there a couple of years ago and absolutely loved it. It did look lovely from his photos and videos he
took.
He's just been on a 3 week walking holiday doing the Great Glen Way, he's sent off for his badge and certificate for completing it. Again it looked lovely from photos and video. Me and hubby love Scotland too, whenever we go there, we always stay in Nairn, because he has an uncle that lives in Forres that we visit when we are up there. We go in April 08 actually for a week, looking forward to raiding Baxters. My favourite thing from Scotland at the moment is Scottish Tablet, it's very very sweet but gorgeous. Like Clootie Dumpling too, love haggis and white pudding. Just tried making my own tablet, but it came out completely wrong, will have to try again. Andrea x |

Andrea, my other uncle (brother to the one in Ardgour) lived in Dallas, not far from Forres
For those who remember a certain TV programme (or who live in Texas) the small village in Inverness-shire is the original one. The locals were not impressed by the visitors who asked if it was named after the one across the Big Pond!! |
