Here is the link for the possible additional microsoft package needed to validate the CD/DVD.
Please note this has nothing to do with Joanna Sheen Ltd

if the link doesn't work type the following into Google: .net framework 2.0 download
When you get to the microsoft page - just a short way down is the Download button. Click on that and do run (no need to save it) it will do it automatically
later. However, during the course of it installing you will get a prompt to close your internet connection (in my case I had to close aol) it then carries on
installing it and there is no need to reboot your computer.
You will have to reconnect to activate unless you have a wireless router - in which case it all works without reconnecting. (hope that makes sense - but mine
activated without firing up aol again from this computer ).
To get the My Artwork folder on to the desk top -
Go to my computer - click on the drive where your CD is and open it.
Instead of trying to "drag it" which is a bit of a pain - right click My Artwork folder and do "copy" and then go to your desk top and
right click and "paste". for simpler.
Mags
received this info from their help line today, which creates shortcut and makes life a lot easier to use programme and eliminates the error messages.
1. Go to my computer.
2. Open your (C:) Drive.
3. Open your program files.
4. Then open 'My craft Studio.'
5. Then open the pink parcel icon, also named My Craft Studio.
6. After you have done this, to save you going through these instructions again, right click the parcel and press
create shortcut. Then drag the shortcut to your Desktop. In future you're able to access My craft Studio through this.
MOST IMPORTANT: You need the CD in the drawer when you are working in the programme.
