Well when she returned we told her what happened and we had to board the house for her. The reply he does what 18 yr olds do! Have we seen her since - no. Have we seen the money we spend on wood for my sick OH to board the house - no. Will I be bothered if there a next time? You have guessed it. But the police might be. I am very annoyed anyone can be so laid back

OH felt really ill and went around and boarded everything up and made it safe. It makes you not want to do things.

If they know their parents are going to let them get away with it then they will continue to do it. Perhaps you should have just called the police that night, anonymously of course, maybe something would have been done! They are really lucky to have such wonderful neighbours. Obviously his parents dont think housebreaking is a crime thesedays This kind of thing gets me really mad Phil
