I don't kow if you remember how the lad next door broke into his mums house when she was away and he 'called' on me at 2.10 am? Well when she
returned we told her what happened and we had to board the house for her. The reply he does what 18 yr olds do! Have we seen her since - no. Have we seen
the money we spend on wood for my sick OH to board the house - no.

That's not being laid back Helen, thats just plain rude!! I would be so
. With manners like that no wonder the son is turning out that way. Oh well at least you know next time not to bother to worry about them.

I had a fortnight of taking the phone to bed and was up twice with the doorbell ringing. OH felt really ill and went around and boarded everything up and made
it safe. It makes you not want to do things.

The key is still here, I haven't seen her but OH says he is going to ask for the money! I just wonder if he will.

This seems to be the general attitude towards these damn kids... If they know their parents are going to let them get away with it then they will continue to
do it.
Perhaps you should have just called the police that night, anonymously of course, maybe something would have been done! They are really lucky to have such wonderful neighbours. Obviously his parents dont think housebreaking is a crime thesedays This kind of thing gets me really mad Phil |

Helen, you must give that key back otherwise you're going to end up back at stage 1! Nobody should have to
put up with that! I agree with Countrywoman and she'll continue to do it as long for as long as you let her!
