I stamped a small design using the ink pad and then sprinkled the glitter over the image. What a stunning effect!!! However, my son decided to 'test' them and rubbed the image with his finger and the glitter came off completely leaving only the watermark. As I'm new to crafting, can someone tell me where I went wrong please? I bow to your knowledge D x

Could do with one NOW! Maybe someone else has heard of it? Sylvia x

What a complete numpty I feel now LOL. Mind you, you know what this means now......I just HAVE to have some retail therapy for embossing powders now.......I can hear my hubby groaning LOL Looking for a powder that turns out a shiny gold colour......... any suggestions. PS - Joanna, those extra fine glitters are absolutely amazing.

I got myself one at a craftshow in Melbourne,but haven't had a chance to play with it. The pack comes with the pad and a bottle of glue. On the pack it recommends it for use with ultra fine glitter, chalk,powdered pigments,gold leafing etc. Best results are when used with vellum and coated cardstock. Hope this helps.. Crafthappy

I've used it once so far on a card and it seems to work quite well. It comes in a 'Brilliance' type box with the little bottle of glue that you put on the pad once you've bought it. The 2 items together come in a clear plastic container rather like the one you get the white stazon opaque ink in.
