just to let you know having sent an email over weekend to supplier's help address asking when promised upgrade would be sent - I had a reply today to say
that the upgrade email is being sent out today - so keep an eye out for it.
I then got the upgrade email but the link in email to fill in the form to send address for the CD doesn't work! Mags |

I had mine too very quickly but it didnt work have still not had a new working cd - getting cheesed off with C&C now and I wont renew my club

I returned the verse one to c&c as I could not get it to work and they have returned it to me saying that they have checked it and it does work. Not sure
what to do now as I am not prepared to post it back again at £3 .50 , now I have received an e.mail to click on a link for the upgrade a choice of 3 actually.

I too am waiting for the updates,I mailed the supplier on the 13th of this month to be told it would be posted in the mail in 2 weeks weather that meant
another CD I don't know,but this has been going on so long now.

I am about to try it, I don't see what being with AOL has got to do with it, I don't suppose for one moment everyone for whom it doesn't work is on AOL! Paula x |

I filled it in and then noticed I clicked the wrong choose so re did it and clicked the right one - then minutes later the main e-mail came through
Oh well I hope it`s sorted - getting a bit fed up with it all now Suzanne |
