I have just had my credit card statement to find that C&C have charged me for an order i cancelled the day after first ordering (Mother bought said item
for xmas) Then they have had the flippin cheek to charge me twice. After 6 emails and three phone calls they have told me that "the paperwork" for a
cancellation has been raised and it should be refunded by the time my next statement comes through.........ARRRGGGGGGGGGGG I informed them that other
companies can refund on the same day and they said that their system takes a while.................. perhaps i'm a little dense but if millions of other
companies can do it then why not C&C. They have well and truely lost my custom enough is enough.............If it ain't in Joanna's shop it
ain't going into my craft room.

Not surprised you are annoyed. It is the frustration of dealing with companies that just don't seem to listen

I totally understand. I ordered some templates, not available on Joannas site, 30/10. On my account they are dispatched (31/10) but haven't arrived. I
phoned after nearly 4 wks to tell them and was told that they have raised the paperwork and I should allow 5-7 working days for it to arrive, I hasn't. So
I have phoned them again and they have raised the paperwork as urgent and I must wait another 5-7 working day and, if it arrives, sign it and send it back.
Then I have to wait another 7-10 working days for it to be accredited to my account. I told him very politly that it really wasn't good enough. He
apologised and asked if I would consider taking part in a survey to help them with there service. I said 'of course' and cant wait.

My son works for a shopping channel and they don't take the money out of your account until the item is dispatched, so why can't C & C do the same?

Ive only made three purchases from c & c and been lucky to have no problems. But most companies dont charge until the order is processed, which tends to
be not long before its sent out
