Definately turkey crown for us with a roast chicken and all the traditional stuffing, veggies and roast spudatoes. Perhaps Christmas pud later on in the
evening. Just the three of us on Christmas day, then mum and dad spend the day with us on Boxing Day, buffet tea and lots of games of cards, usually Newmarket.

Roast turkey for 5 and roast pork for Neil who doesn't like turkey. All the usual trimmings but no Christmas pud in our house - will be having Aldi's
plum tart if i can get one - really yummy.
Left over gammon from Xmas Eve joins the other meats for tea when the rest of the family descend, along with loads of party food and then the leftovers from that feast get taken to Neil's Mum's to add to her buffet on Boxing Day. One must have is a Coppenwrath and Weisse Chocolate gateau - it's not Christmas without one. Must admit to having a large slab for breakfast on Boxing Day most years Jo xxx |
