Some time ago someone, I can't remember who, put some cards on the forum using cuddly buddly images. I bought some of the teddy ones but remember someone
saying they used transparent images so they can layer them. I have tried photoshop but the background behind the image always comes out black. Any ideas what
I am doing wrong?

I use cuddley buddley images and have never had this problem I use them in serif page plus and other programmes and never had a black image Does it print the
black bacground or just shows on screen. try another programme and see if there's any difference.
I haven't got photoshop so can't help there hugs maggie |

Hi,I have some of these images,just tried it and it works for me,open the image copy the layer work on the copied layer,use the magic eraser to delete the bits
you dont want,save as jpeg.

I've got a couple of sets from Daisie, that get black backgrounds, and I wrote to them wondering what was wrong. Anyway, the way I
get rid of them now, I use PSP and Publisher, I put the image into psp, edit, and copy and paste to a new image and use the second one
transferred across into publisher, and the background is transparent, I don't know how it works, but it does. I had spent flippin' hours cutting all
the black backgrounds away! Another thank you to Sheila! Jacqui xx
you need to save to png.(or the other transparent one) well I do, saving to jpeg, gives you the black background still. Maggie the black prints!! I always used to crop as small as possible till Sheila told me how to do it. PITB!!
