I do the same but I have an even worse confession to make - I made all the gift tags for the presents I was giving at Christmas but stole back all the bits of
ribbon on them after the presents were opened! Now THAT is what I call really SAD!
Just have a thing about ribbon! (Don't tell anyone will you!) |

It's an illness. I take the ribbons off anything I can get my hands on. I also find myself taking an unnatural interest in all the bows, flowers and lace
on friends underwear. I think I need urgent treatment!!!

I think my new years resolution is to use all the goodies l have. l too have lovely bows and all things that glitter and shine BUT l won't use them. l cut
a strip of mirri instead of using ribbon, then l complain about storage. Silly thing is that l don't mind giving stuff away, l just have a block when it
comes to using it. l must make an effort and see how much room l can free up this year. Thanks for showing me the way lol...Dot

My husband was given a hamper from his firm, the first thing I saw was the ribbon around it,so I have got that, and the basket it came in is lovely so I am
sure I can find some crafts to put in it now it is empty.

Hubby got a gorgeous aran cardy as a pressie its got lovely ribbon inside for hanging it,,,well it has at the moment,,,,lol I recieved a present from a company
in France I do trials for ,the present was 4 black glass candle holders with a gorgeous black sheer ribbon and a crystal embellie but they were all broken so
only ended up with the ribbon and bit,,,Its amazing what can be reused,,,lol love sue xxxx

I had some tops which had ribbon just inside the neckline to go over the top of the hanger. Guess where the ribbon is now?! Also had some wine with gold mesh
round the bottle. OH said 'do you want this for crafting?' Silly question, but I never thought of it until he said. Think I've got him well trained
lol!!!

 I can add to these funny crafter confessions - kept a certain clear
box of gold wrapped nutty chocs, you know the ones, and the meshy elastic type stuff round the container. Not a clue what to do with either, but can't
bring myself to fling it out  Hubby munched his way through the chocs
while I ogled at the wrappers as well
